Synopsis

The Silence performed by Law, catalogues the pursuit of love and fantasy that never arrives at the same time for one couple. Thus far it has won the Rising Star Award at the Canada International Film Festival, was an Officel Selection of the Switzerland International Film Festival, won Best Director of a Music Video, and was an Officel Selection of the Cinema World Fest Awards.

Dr. Malcolm J. Solomon is a composer, writer, director and independent filmmaker. He earned a master’s and doctoral degrees from Rice University.

His projects have been Official Selections in over 100  international film festivals and have won multiple awards, including Best Director (Honolulu Film Awards), Best Feature-Length Screenplay (Mediterranean Film Festival—Cannes), the Rising Star Award (Canada International Film Festival), the Maple Leaf Award (Canada International Film Festival), the Silver Remi Ward for Creative Excellence (WorldFest Houston International Film Festival), Best Music Video Award (Tokyo Shorts Film Festival), and more. He is also an accomplished and award-winning classical composer, who was awarded the Dolphy Prize, and whose compositions have been performed internationally. After being chosen as a Winner in the Amsterdam International Film Festival because of its "outstanding performance", his project Maybe in a Thousand Years was featured in FilmmakerLife Magazine.
